Happy good Friday and World health day! As we continue to navigate through these times, it is important now than ever to stay healthy (physically and mentally).
In honour of World Health Day, we wish to share with you tips on how to stay healthy.
First, prioritize your sleep. Getting enough sleep is crucial for your overall health and well-being. Uncle Sodiqii you can't keep cheating nature and expect to stay healthy. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of rest everyday.
Secondly, stay active. It might just be a short walk or light stretching. Moving your body is essential for a healthy life.
Thirdly, eat balanced diet. Your diet can make or mar you depending on how rich your food is. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to balance your meals.
Now to a lighter note, Easter weekend is here. Make it your obligation to host family and friends to a small outdoor gathering. Make them a great meal and crack jokes with them. Learn a thing from our watchword here at YellowLyfe, it goes thus "Enjoy the moment".
